Our pilot farm is near Jaipur. Crops that need a coast, a mountain winter or rain-forest shade are planned on partner farms in the regions they come from, and each one opens only when enough families ask for it.

Because a crop grown outside its climate struggles every season. We score each crop against each region on winter lows, summer highs, rain, chill hours, soil pH, altitude and humidity, and only plant where it's a native fit (85+).
